Alvin, c’est Alvin Leung chef cuisinier britannique, propriétaire du [Bo Innovation](http://www.boinnovation.com/BO/?ref=apar.tv) à Hong-Kong, deux étoiles Michelin.  
Les mots sont de [Ryan Hopkinson](http://www.ryanhopkinson.co.uk/?ref=apar.tv), réalisateur et chef imagier. A la manière d’un cuistot, le photographe aborde chaque aliment avec sensualité et originalité. Un jeu de lentille qui permet de caresser la nourriture et qui donne réalité au mot du chef.
